- PENTAERITRITOL (290542000). The product is white crystalline
powder free from foreign admixtures seen with a naked eye. A grey-
blue and yellowish tints are admissible. It is designed for an
application in a vanish-and-paint printing paints, lubrications,
pentaplast production. The empirical formula is C(CH 2 OH) 4 .
Monopentaerytritol mass quota is not less than 98 %, melting temperature
is not less 2520 C, mass quota of water and volatile matter is
no more than 0,2 %, mass quota of ashes is no more than 0,01 %.
Packing-one-ton rubber-cord container (big bag).
- AMINOPLAST (390910000). The product is carbamide- formaldehyde
pressing masses. It is a powder of white, brown, black, and ivory
colour. Aminoplast intended for manufacturing by hot pressing
of different articles for household, technical and electrotechnical
purposes, and also articles contiguous with food products. Main
indices: fluodity 90-160 mm, specific surface electrical resistance
not less than 1 x 10 12 Ohm. The product is packed in 25 Kg bags.
- POLYVINYLCHLORIDE PLASTICIZED for INSULATION (390422000). It
is a thermoplastic material obtained by processing PVC composition
and intended for the insulation of electrical wires operating
within the temperature range -600 C ....+700 C depending on the
wire type and structure. Main indices : specific volume electrical
resistance at 200 C, not less than 5x1013 Ohm/cm, at 700 C, not
less than 1x1011 Ohm/cm, fracture strength, not less than 19,6
Mpa, relative fracture extension, not less than 250 %. Packing-one-ton
rubber-cord containers.
- POLYVINYLCHLORIDE INSULATION TAPE (391910610). The product is
designed for electric wires insulation during the repair and joining
of the non-metal coating cables operating in static at temperatures
-50O C to +700 C . The tape thickness is 0,2- 0,45 mm, the tape
width 15 -50 mm, the colour is by agreement with the consumer.
Main indices: the specific electrical resistance at 200 C, not
less than 1x1012 Ohm.cm; the fracture strength, not less than
14,7 MPa; the relative fracture extension, not less than 190 %;
Packing - wooden cases.
- POLYVINYLCHLORIDE PLASTICIZED FOR HOTBEDS and GREENHOUSES (392042910).
The product is thermoplastic material manufactured on the basis
of a suspension PVC with addition of plasticizers and stabilizers.
It is produced as a band of 0,15 mm thick, 1600 mm wide and 150
m long. The film it is easily welded and stuck together. The general
specifications: the fracture strength, not less than 15,2 MPa;
the relative fracture extension, not less than 170 %; the brittleness
temperature, not higher than -350 C; the light transparency, not
less than 80 %. It is rolled, each roll welding 40 - 45 kg.
- PLASTICIZED POLYVINYLCHLORIDE SHEETS (392042990). The product
is a thermoplastic material obtained by a PVC composition processing.
It is designed and chemical insulation, radioactive emission protection,
for galvanic bath lining and the like. It can be applied as a
chemically resistant sealing material, high inner pressure containers
including. The plasticized PVC sheets are manufactured 1-5 mm
thick, 700 -1000 mm wide, 700 -1500 mm long. The colours is agreement
with the consumer. The general specifications: the operating temperature
range 300 C to 700 C; the relative fracture extension, not less
than 9,8 ... 19 MPa. Transportation available both in a packed
form on the trays or in a sacketed rolls.
- PLASTIFIERS (381220000). The product used for plastification
of vinyl pitches and other kind of polymers in manufacturing:
vinyl blend, artificial leather, technical synthetical rubber
articles, polymeric building materials, linoleum, polymeric films,
PVC films. Plastifiers produced by "Chimplast": DOP-dioctylphthalate,
DBP- dibutyl phthalate, DOC-dioctylsebacate.
- FLUORO-PLASTIC-4 (POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE) TAPES AND FILMS (392119900).
The product is of a high quality and meets the world standards.
The films and tapes are resistant to all the media effects excluding
gaseous fluoride, trifluride chlorine, melts and alkali metals
solutions. The operational temperature range is from -2690 C to
+2600 C.
