• TRENCHLESS LAYING, REPLACEMENT AND RECONSTRUCTION OF COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS. The Institute supplies sets of equipment for rendering the following services:
• trenchless replacement of cast iron, ceramic, asbestos-cement pipes for plastic ones (D - up to 300 mm);
• trenchless laying of steel pipes (D - 100 - 1400 mm, 100 m length) and plastic and glass-fibre, asbestos-cement pipes (D - 100 - 200 mm) by "forcing- through" process with a pneumatic punching device;
• drilling a hole (D - up to 200 mm, 40 m length ) of any spacial orientation in the stable ground;
• formation of packed piles (D - up to 300 mm) by pneumatic punching devices and compression of soil as deep as 10 m.;
• driving the piles-supports made of steel pipes of 600 mm diameter;
• arrangement of fencing.
• PNEUMATIC PUNCHING DEVICES FOR TRENCHLESS LAYING COMMUNICATION UNDERGROUND SYSTEMS.; The main scope of application is formation of holes (40 m length) of any orientation in soil compressed for laying different communication systems under streets, runways, tram and railway lines. Diameter of a hole is equal the diameter of a body of a device and can be increased by an expander mounted on a device. They are reliable and easy in operation and exported to Germany, France, Great Britain, USA and other countries.
• RING PNEUMATIC IMPACT MACHINES FOR DRIVING BARS INTO GROUND. The main technological application is driving and removal bars of 12 - 90 mm diameter and 2 - 15 m length. It is effective under conditions of a construction side, inside or near buildings.
• FLOTATION REAGENT "FLORA-10" is for cleaning of industrial and municipal sewages from floating and emulsificated oil products, oils, greases, paints, surfactants and suspended substances in industrial shops, railway depot, oil holes, heat power stations, river and sea ships.
• PROCESSES AND EQUIPMENT FOR INTENSIVE AERATION OF NATURAL AND SEWAGE WATER. is effective in water preparation and cleaning of sewages, decontamination of drink water, ozonization of sewages and so on. The process provides the reduction in specific consumption of air, power, reduction in production areas, improves the reliability of aeration processes, improves the quality of water.
• PNEUMATIC IMPACT MACHINES "TAIFUN". for driving steel pipes in process of trenchless laying of underground communication systems and in construction sides.
• PNEUMATIC IMPACT DEVICES FOR DRIVING BLIND HOLES. of any spacial orientation. Machines consist of a pneumatic punching device and an expander. The use of an expander of a special design provides the removal of a pneumatic punching device to the surface by means of a hand winch and eliminates the reversing regime of pneumatic punching device. The machine provides two- fold increase in production rate and three-fold increase in lifetime of a pneumatic punching device.
