Our History
All Siberia was founded in 1998 as a due diligence firm based in Russia, serving international law firms, banks, and corporations needing to vet Russian and CIS partners. In those early years, company registries were fragmented and paper-based, and reliable verification depended almost entirely on trusted local relationships and physical document retrieval.
Over the following decade, the introduction of EGRUL (the Unified State Register of Legal Entities) and improved transparency legislation significantly expanded what could be verified remotely. All Siberia adapted and grew with these changes, investing in digital intelligence capabilities while maintaining the on-ground networks that set us apart from purely automated database services.
In 2014, the geopolitical shift prompted us to relocate our operations outside Russia to maintain full independence and operational security. This move allowed us to serve international clients without restriction, and to build a working methodology that operates entirely outside the reach of Russian political influence.
Today we work globally, combining original field research with advanced open-source intelligence. We specialise in uncovering hidden directors, beneficial owners, offshore layering, and sanctions-related risks in Russian and CIS-connected entities.

Our analysts come from legal, intelligence, and corporate investigation backgrounds. The team includes former lawyers, financial investigators, and OSINT specialists with decades of combined experience working across Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and other CIS jurisdictions.
